Materials are made and sourced in the United States. Posts are set a minimum depth of 30” with 80lbs of mixed concrete per post. Posts are then cut to height using a proprietary method which allows for maximum aesthetic potential to be met. Top rail is welded to posts and wire brushed at the welds to ensure a quality weld joint. Wire brushing also helps to ensure that the paint application sticks to the metal, instead of slag or debris caused by welding. 2”x4” No-climb wire is stretched tight and secured to each post with fence clips using a drill. We use a special post clip that allows for more durability and longevity when compared to conventional tie-wire.
